Ladner/Delta
With a rich agricultural history, Delta includes three thriving communities, Tsawwassen, Ladner and North Delta. Delta encompasses over 364 square kilometres bordered by the Fraser River on the north, the U.S. Border and Boundary Bay on the south, the District of Surrey on the east, and the Strait of Georgia on the west. About 55% of Delta is designated as farmland, and equestrian properties thrive throughout the region.
